LSI will maintain a health and safety program in accordance with industry and OSHA standards. The personal health and safety of each employee of this company is of primary importance. The prevention of occupationally-induced injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it will be given precedence over operating productivity whenever necessary. Our health and safety program will be established and preserved through a cooperative manner.

Mission Statement

The mission of the LSI Safety Committee is to develop and promote a healthy and safe environment for all employees and guests with the involvement of all individuals through education, consultation, communication, and safe work practices.

All LSI personnel are trained in the full LSI Safety Program at the time of hire and again on an annual refresher program as stipulated or required in each program. Training acknowledgments and records are maintained for each employee.

The success of LSI’s Safety program is based on management and employee commitment to a safe and healthy workplace, resulting in an environment and culture based upon safety, quality, and housekeeping.

Our Quality Management System helps us grow a culture of safety and quality through leadership, training, communication, and accountability. It also aids in our ability to continually challenge ourselves to improve processes and procedures allowing us to deliver what we promise in everything we do.

LSI's Quality Policy was certified to ISO 9001 Standard in June 2010, a milestone in LSI's continued evolution.

ISO Certification was enabled by LSI's long-standing culture of Quality, Safety, Quality, and Housekeeping.  We are all about the two C's. Customer Requirements and Continuous Improvement, the cornerstones of our Quality Policy.
